Create!form does away with expensive pre-printed forms or limited host application templates and provides customised electronic forms that can be centrally managed, distributed and archived.

Document processing is significantly improved with OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) and barcoding technology.

Create!form provides an intelligent print writer that intercepts jobs from the Windows, OS/400 or UNIX print spooler. Network traffic is dramatically cut through merging at the printer as compared with usual mail merge tools. This means our customers can use their hardware and equipment more effectively, eliminating network slow downs due to inefficient printing processes.

* Savings are based on the distribution of 1000 documents, of which 5% are distributed via email, 10% via fax and the remainder being posted through a folder inserter, when comparing document creation, handling and distribution costs.
